There is always that unexpected thing that comes up with holidays. A party, a gift exchange, etc. Halloween isn't an exception! This is a quick idea for some make ahead treat bags to keep on hand for those little (or big) goblins. These are also cute for your co-workers!These are super quick to make and you can even have the kiddos help fill bags. Such a cute kit! After you get your printable printed out (ha ha!) then trim down each tag. I actually made these too big, I would have … [Read more...]
Hairy Scary Spiders Recipe
When my husband and I first were married, he begged me to make some Hairy Scary Spiders for Halloween. The recipe sounded weird to me so I politely declined. Year after year my husband requested them and I turned the request down. After ten years of requesting I finally gave in declaring that I was not going to touch the gross things! Upon finishing my husband and kids quickly gobbled the spiders up. With just a few left, my kids begged me to give the spiders a try. I tentatively ate one and was hooked! These spiders were delicious! The spiders have become a Halloween treat tradition in our family. I wanted to share this quick and simple recipe with you! Don't be a scaredy cat like me, give them a try!Ingredients:12 oz bag of chocolate chips6 oz bag of butterscotch or peanut butter flavored chipsBag of chow mein noodles or 2 large cansRed Hots, or Mini M … [Read more...]
