April Project Parade: Shower of Flowers Part 1 of 2
Spring is definitely in the air here in the United States and of course spring means gorgeous flowers. This month we're highlighting some great floral products from the store with some fun projects.Melanie created some pocket pages with Bright Ideas Elements by Paislee Press.Melanie:1. Tips on photographing pocket layouts:I bought a 2x2 white board from Home Depot, and I use that as my background. I always take my photos in the room that gets the most natural light in the house. I also take the cards out of the pockets and put them on top to get a better photo. I use RadLab in Photoshop to brighten the photo & make the colours stand out a bit more.2. Hey everyone, Sarah here with the final installment of March's Project Parade. I'm loving all the gorgeous spring projects that have been featured.I'm going to start this week's parade with my project using Kristin Aagard's Yardwork.I used foam tape on the words and ampersand to give this otherwise flat card a little dimension.Cristina used Hello Spring (Cut Files + Masks) by Paislee Press.Cristina says: I used these lovely cards for my latest obsession - foiling! I used turned the cut files/masks on journaling card-sized cardstock and used rose gold foil to make them shine. The Sweetest Ever Project Parade – Part 3 of 3

Lori created a hybrid scrapbook page using Amber LaBau's Love Letters Pocket Cards and Love Letters kit. Lori says: One of the things I love about hybrid layouts is the ease of digital misting. I get the great misted look without any of the physical mess! I can also easily play around with how I want the mist to look and where I want it sprayed without any paper waste.Susanne made a sweet framed sign using Sprinkles v.33 by Valorie Wibbens.Susanne says: For the background I used a dark wooden paper from one of Valorie's kits (resized to the needed size).
