Check Out April’s M3!
Hi Pad Scrappers!Happy Friday! Today, I have the pleasure of introducing you to the newest M3 Collection for April. For those of you new to the concept, M3 stands for Mixed Media Monthly. It’s a monthly collaboration from four of our most talented mixed media designers: Paula Kesselring, Rachel Jefferies, Little Butterfly Wings and Lynne-Marie. These awesome designers collaborate each month around a palette and three words. This month, the words are THRIVE/NATURAL/EARTH. Perfect for spring! The palette is a beautiful mix of cool greens, royal blues and bright yellows with some lovely earthy tones thrown in for balance. Here’s the main kit:One of the best things about M3 is that once the main kit is created, designers can create some “add-on” kits to go along with the main one. I always love looking at the creative ways that each designer interprets the theme … [Read more...]
Using Your Stash of Goodies in Different Ways
Scrapbooking can be described as a way of holding on or preserving personal or family history. This can be in the form of books, box or cards. These are using photos, printed media and art work (or elements). This is a niche The-Lily Pad fills quite nicely. Pages upon pages of memorabilia filling the gallery. There are many other ways to use these beautiful designs from the store other than a square page of family history.Newsletters for church, school or other clubs are a great way to use your fun stash of elements and papers. In todays electronical world, saving it smaller and then send out via email or group texts!
