Hybrid Cards 3 Ways Using 12×12 Digital Templates
Hey there Lilypad fans! It's Katrina, aka katrinahunt13, sharing a way to get a jump on getting those thank you cards done after the holidays. I know from experience that if I don't get those thank you cards out pretty quickly, then I don't get them sent. Well the right template can also be used to create cards! I used Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs Meet Me In The Middle (Dressed Up). This one is perfect for a square card, which is my favorite shape!I hid … [Read more...]
Holiday Traditions

Honoring old traditions can be comforting, bringing back past memories. Creating new traditions can be exciting and fun and hopefully will become old traditions in years to come.My mother was very much a stickler for tradition. Her mother insisted on turkey for Christmas dinner, on Christmas Day, and dessert always … [Read more...]

I know that sometimes journaling a tough situation or confusing feelings can bring clarity and peacefulness. I know that it’s an important design element on most pages. That all being said, I still really don’t like doing it. I’ve learned tricks along the way that help me write more meaningful journaling, and have it be less of a chore. Today, I want to share one with you.Write every day.I mean it. Every day you should do some writing. It could be in a journal, on a calendar, in a Word file, wherever works for you really. The point is that you have to do it every day. There are no set topics, you can write about what you want, but you have to write every day. There are three big ways that writing every … [Read more...]
