One thing that I have been focused on this year is creating better, more positive, healthier habits and incorporating them into my life. One thing I am learning about this process is that it works so much better if I focus on one habit at a time.
It is said that it takes 21 days to create to create a habit. My goal has been to track one habit for a month until it becomes a habit and then continue practicing it.
I created a monthly “habit tracker” to help with keeping track of the habits I’m working on that I am so excited to share with you today!
I am placing my habit tracker in my planner each month and will color in the hexagons each day that I practice my habit. There is a place on the habit tracker for the month and to write down the habit or goal I am working on for the month.
I think this would be great to put in pockets at the end of the year as documentation of all the habits I’ve incorporated into my life over the course of the year!

This 4×6 printable was created using Memory Pockets Monthly: Diary.
Here are some examples of habits you can track using this habit tacker:
- read 30 minutes a day
- get 10,000 steps a day
- spend time in prayer or mediation
- make healthy food choices
- spend time on scrapbooking or a creative project
- write in a gratitude journal
I am currently working on writing in my gratitude journal before going to sleep at night.
Are you working incorporating a specific habit into your own life right now?
