January 11: On This Day (Journaling Challenge)

I have so many directions I could have gone in, but chose to knock this one out of the way - Partial Eclipse from last year! Journaling is in the gallery notes.
 
Here is mine, the day we found out we were having twins and saw them for the first time. My date is written in my journaling which is 162 words. Thank you for the awesome challenge:

 
MOC6 - Day 11 - On This Day - Journaling Challenge
I chose to celebrate visiting our 100th Harley-Davidson dealership in 2014. All products are from TLP, except the journal cards - I made the journal cards.

Journaling reads:
When planning our bike trips earlier this year, we didn’t have any specific destinations in mind. Blayne threw out Maine and I said “Why not?” It was only 1,565 miles - easy peasy! So we started planning for Maine. There were 7 dealerships, one of which is in the most North-Eastern point of the United States - Madawaska, on the Canadian border.

On this day the visit to this store completed a milestone for us - we have visited 100 dealerships! When we started this project 3 years ago, we didn’t think about how far we would take it, but here we are 100 stores and 7 states later and we’ve only just begun our journey. To date we have visited all of the dealerships in the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Big Moose H-D is in Portland, ME, and is the last store we visited on this trip. We thought it was pretty cool that our 100th store was also the last store on the trip!

Here we are, after months of waiting and anxiety,

It deserved a drop of champagne! What a relief...
the last few weeks trying to exchange with one of your friends were really difficult, between the difficulty of finding someone to exchange,
the agreement of your high school
but ouf we were able to catch up with our big mistake of January!
when we bought plane tickets for late June completely forgetting the french oral bac.
We did not have any more by being academy test for new organizational modalities, the last ones passed until early July.
We found your notes one morning at the Florida villa...18/20 for this oral ,
it would have been a shame not to go
