Hi friends!! I’m here today sharing some of my favorite phone apps for editing photos and creating.
These can all enhance your scrapbooking, whether you’re a traditional, hybrid or full digital scrapbooker. I regularly use and love all of these!
A Color Story is a photo editing app that focuses on fresh photos and videos, on-trend editing styles and colors that pop. Honestly, this is the only photo editor I use for my phone editing these days. This app has over 300 filters, over 100 moveable effects, over 20 advanced tools, the ability to save custom filters, instagram grid preview, and planning, batch editing and options for both photos and videos.
A Design Kit is by the same creators as Color Story. With A Design Kit you can easily add modern, colorful designs to your photos. The app includes realistic brushes that can draw in textures and color, over 30 modern fonts, more than 120 designs, tons of stickers, backgrounds and textures.
LetterGlow enables you to produce creative images by combining text graphics and photos. LetterGlow allows you to install your own fonts, use your own graphics and artwork, apply your own color palette, save projects, and edit previous designs. LetterGlow also works well with the Collect app and I have used those two in combination for creating monthly photo collages.
Word Swag is an app that I have had on my phone the longest out of all of these listed. Word Swag can easily and “magically” turn your words into beautiful photo text designs. You can use Word Swag to:
1. Make your own stylish quotes
2. Make beautiful graphics for Instagram, Stories, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr
3. Make graphics for your blog
4. Create announcements and flyers
5. Caption your photos
6. Give your words a fresh designer look
Pic Frame is amazing for creating custom photo collages. With PicFrame you can combine multiple photos and videos into frames and share them on social media or with family and friends. This app includes 73 fully adjustable frames supporting up to 9 photos or videos, text labels, rounded corners, photo effects, shapes, shadows, music and lots of patterns!
Touch Retouch is the newest app that I’ve been using. It allows you to remove unwanted content from your photos and it is absolutely amazing at doing it! With TouchRetouch you can remove telephone wires and posts, surface breaks and scratches, photobombers (HaHa, Anne!), skin blemishes, and other objects that may be ruining your photos.
I would love to hear if you have a favorite phone app for editing or creating that isn’t’ on this list!

I love a Color Story, and they make their filters available for Photoshop and Lightroom, too. VSCO and Snapseed are two other great apps that allow you to edit, add filters and play around with photos.
