Polly Liana, here with a fun diversion that is a cheap and easy way to make funky plastic jewelry. To be clear, these pieces are probably not going to coordinate with your fancy ball gowns but they are could be fun for little kids or to wear with casual outfits.
First, get yourself a bunch of “Biggie” Perler beads. You can find them in most big craft stores.
Then, place a bunch at 1 inch intervals on parchment paper.
Bake them on the LOWER RACK at 300 degrees for 60 minutes. I found that mine were usually ready a few minutes earlier.
You can use them “naked”…
… or if you have a way to cut adhesive vinyl, you can add decorations! (The designs should be around .47 inches.)
From there, the possibilities are endless! Make a pin…
make button covers…
make earrings!
Have fun with it and be sure to scrap your creations and post them in our gallery. Have a lovely weekend, all!
