Hi friends!! My name is Monica and I am a printer addict.
As you can see from the title of this post, I have four printers that I use. Some may call that a little obsessive, but I DO use each of them for specific purposes. I’m excited to share those with you today.
Canon Pixma iP8720
This is the printer that I’ve had the longest and use most often. I use this for any high-quality color printing that I need. I love it for hybrid scrapbooking and craft projects. It also prints photos really well.
This will print borderless photos up to 13″ x 19″ which would be excellent to even print digital scrapbook layouts at home. I don’t do that since it would use up a ton of ink, but I like knowing that its an option.
This printer has been an absolute workhorse for me for several years!
HP Laser Jet Pro M118dw
This is my most recent printer purchase. I needed it to use with the Minc Foiling machine I received from my husband for our anniversary. The foil only adheres to laser printed ink.
It is a monocrome laser printer that is also great for fast and easy document printing. It is wireless and my husband and I are using it much more than I initially thought we would. I’m hoping that by using this for everyday document printing, I will save a little on ink for the Canon ink jet printer. **fingers crossed**
I also love the compactness of this printer and have it conveniently set up on my desk.
Canon Selphy
Next, is the Canon Selphy, which is excellent for photo printing. I love that this printer is compact and portable. It easily connects to a smartphone with an app and can print a variety of sizes.
I’ve used this for printing photos for albums and creating mini-albums for specific projects.
HP Sprocket
The HP Sprocket is a fun little portable phone printer. It prints on 2×3″ sticker photo paper and using zink (no ink) technology.
I use this for printing photos for my planner and travel journal. It is perfect for lots of projects that call for small photos!
