I love looking at these pages, especially those with real history to them. Mine doesn't seem too old, but it is family history, I suppose. I hate when I notice a mistake after posting ... I'll correct the text in my gallery.
Hah, I was still a kid. I'll have to think of a story for my parents or grandparents, maybe! I don't have any photos that old, though. Hmm...creativity calls!!
How funny, I was going to do the exact same layout, but changed my mind at the last minute. My school was built in the late 1800s but has now been torn down.
Great challenge!! Have been wanting to scrap these photos and tell the story for awhile now. 250 +- words (I count by hand!)
Mine was built in the 1870's originally, but it was replaced by the one I attended. I was shocked to find out it was still being used as a school! How cool that something has been preserved!
