Hello friends!!! It’s Polly Monica and I’m so happy to be with you here on the blog again!
This week we will be celebrating our Independence Day in America. My family recently moved to the nation’s capital and we’re so excited about celebrating the 4th of July here!
Our plans are changing from day to day as we try to decide exactly how we want to spend our day of celebration. I know that whatever we end up deciding on, we will be spending a large part of the day outside in the heat and we will be packing water bottles to ward off dehydration.
If your plans also include spending time outside or at a barbecue with family and friends, you are going to love the 4th of July water bottle labels I am going to share with you today!!
These fun, patriotic bottle labels are the perfect way to jazz up your celebration!! They are super easy to make if you want to create your own designs OR you can download the FREE printable I’m sharing with you to make thing even easier!
To create these labels I used Let Freedom Ring Stickers by Mommyish, papers from Memory Pockets Monthly: Sunshine and Ray of Sunshine Patterns and Backgrounds by Allison Pennington.
I created five 8.5 x 1/75 in strips, each with its own patriotic design using a background paper and sticker. I placed these strips on a new letter sized document and printed them out. Then I cut out each strip.
To attach them to the water bottles, I first removed the original water bottle label. Then I used an adhesive roller to place adhesive on one side of the strip and wrapped it around the bottle.
You can cover each label with clear plastic tape to make them waterproof. I’ll be doing this with our water bottles before heading out for the day!
