Hello Friends! The holidays are fast approaching and, if you are like me, the days are flying by in a flurry of blur and building chaos! As much as I love the upcoming weeks and want to soak in all of the events, I also get caught up in the busyness and lose track of the moments that I wanted to document. So this year I’m making an attempt to be more present and and focus my attention on a few things that I’d like to capture.  I’ve created six prompts that I’ll use to guide my intentions over the upcoming weeks so that I can hopefully tune in to the activities and moments that make these days and times with friends and family meaningful.  Here is my list of prompts that can be used for both journaling and photography and help jump start your memory keeping layouts!

I hope you find time over the holidays to be present in the moment and find joy in the little things in your life. The next seven weeks can be a whirlwind for sure, but making time each day to note something good can really do a lot of help refocus our mind and be a gift to our soul. Happy holidays!
