January 1: "Brought to You by the Letter ..." (Journaling Challenge)

Brought To You By the Letter "C". Got my 10 lines of journaling :-) That was a challenge for me. Although I do add journaling to some layouts, its not my "go-to" to express thoughts. Thats what I love about MOC...gets my brain working in directions it does not typically go.

 
I am ready to go!! Julie, I love your layout! I like how the journaling is a neat narrow line. Another awesome challenge that makes me really think, and to scrap something I normally wouldn't, but I think its important to have some of my inner thoughts recorded for future generations.

Here is my first day of MOC!!



Journaling translated:
In the summer of 2016, we went with the 5 of us, as a real family, on a vacation to the USA. Together, in a giant car, in which our suitcases fit exactly and in which there was a second back seat just for me. We started in Las Vegas en drove to Grand Canyon, to Blanding and Moab, via Salt Lake City to Yellowstone, back to Salt Lake City, via Bryce Canyon to end in Las Vegas again. A roadtrip of a good 3 weeks and in which we actually didn't really fight or argue. We did spend a lot of time in the care. Houuuuurs. But it was worth it. Because we also saw a lot and enjoyed our time a lot. The weather was perfect and the sights and landscapes diverse. It was an amazing three weeks together. This adventure isn't going to be taken away from us anymore!

Hi Elaina! The layouts threads should be created here: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/forum/layouts.499/ and then your page should be linked from the gallery and posted in that thread.
