Not uncommon, but people often choose a large shower rather than a shower-in-bath situation or both. I haven’t had a bath since I lived at home.

Do you know what happened with the package? I hope you get this figured out! Renters usually respect the fact that other people used to live in "their" place. I had a similar thing when we moved into a rental home here; I kept getting previous renters' mail/packages. Thankfully she stopped by and gave me her phone number to text her if anything was there for her.

She contacted her through text and she said she will send it to me. Here’s to hoping she’s legit!

Yuck. The biggest one was looking at me last night when I went to bed, he was clung to the side of the carpet on the top stair, I made hubby get out of bed to remove him lol! shudder
