Hybrid Highlights
Happy New Year! Dawn here once again to show off some of the wonderful hybrid work that is being done at The Lilypad. With last month’s Document Your December, we had a lot of beautiful hybrid holiday layouts and albums being done.
First up is the amazing junk journal album that Karen created documenting every day in December! Here is a look at the album and just a few of the amazingly creative pages. I really love the informal, mixed media approach with ephemera and handwritten journaling. I recommend visiting Karen’s Gallery to see more.
theresa moxley also documented her December with hybrid pages. I expecially love her pull out journaling card! The interactivity is such a plus with hybrid. And her December calendar – decorated with cute stickers – is such a delight
Ann-Sofie wowed us with this winter page that included a shaker box in the snowglobe!
ajm created this little holiday work of art.
Becky (scrapchyck) finished up a series of artist trading cards and created a little journal to keep and enjoy them.
I can’t possibly highlight all the fantastic hybrid projects created in the last couple months. One great way to see all the recent work is to look for the Browse By Tag menu at the bottom left of the gallery homepage. Click on “hybrid projects” and it will show you all the projects that have been tagged as hybrid.

I’ve already seen some beautiful hybrid projects being created as a part of The Lilypad Month of Challenges! So look forward to another Hybrid Highlights soon!

Oh wow! What an amazing pile of hybrid projects! I loved seeing other people’s approach to the DYD album too! 🙂
