Using a Traveler’s Notebook Template

Hello pad friends!!

It’s hard to believe that it’s Tuesday already! For today’s Template Tuesday, I’m going to share a page I created in my Traveler’s Notebook using a template set by Sabrina’s Creations.

I have a ton of Traveler’s Notebooks that I’ve collected and then not used because I wasn’t sure how. Now that we have more designers creating templates for Traveler’s Notebooks, I’m excited to put these to use!! I plan on using them for “all about me” and more personal journaling pages.

For this page, I used Sabrina’s Creations Traveler’s Notebook template set 5. I loved all of the designs included and knew they would be perfect for the page I had in mind!

First I opened the template in Photoshop and designed the page using a photo of myself and papers and elements from the Summer Vibes mini kit also by Sabrina’s Creations.

Next, I hid the layers for the photo, frame, and frame shadow and printed it out on a letter sized paper with crop marks for easy cutting.

I cut this out to fit perfectly in my traveler’s notebook using a paper trimmer.

Then I selected the photo and photo frame layers and moved them onto a separate 4×6 inch document and printed it out on photo paper. I used a paper trimmer to cut the frame out to layer on the page in the traveler’s notebook.

Lastly, I adhered the page on my traveler’s notebook and added washi tape to the photo.

I’m super excited to create more traveler’s notebook pages using the amazing templates available in the store!!
