January 15: Paper Blending (Technique Challenge)

This was a hard one for me; completely out of my comfort zone.

My base paper was the yellowish green from The Okayest Day from Bella Gypsy, then I added a painted paper from the same kit and changed the blend to color; then added an aqua solid paper from the Storyteller January 2017 kit from Just Jaimee on top of that and changed the blend to overlay. The corner cluster is also from the Storyteller January 2017 kit.

Blended three papers, photo, stamps and a lot of paint splashes for this one:

Had to document my Twitter weather geekiness!!!

A blue cloud paper was blended using screen mode with a large colored dot paper. Those papers were then merged together and blended with overlay mode with a white grungy paper...created a colorful, but more muted effect.

I used two papers. The background paper is solid gray. I then blended a patterned paper using the darker color mode. The papers are from Forever Joys New Leaf Paper Pack.

I blended two different background papers. The blue snowflake paper is on multiply at 50% fill :)

The original background is the $$. The paper is a green, so I layered a blue paper on top and used Color Dodge to lighten it up.

I'm here...a bit late but made it... I also realized that I didn;t give you the Craft Artist tutorial for this Rae, so so very sorry, thing are crazy around here!!!!!
love the challenge!!!!

I used Exclusion, Dissolve, Screen, Darker Color blending modes on the circle sections behind the photo. Also, the background paper is a painterly ombre blue with dandelions blended with a grey cardboard paper with gesso in the center.

day 15 i used the blue snowflake paper on top i lightened it by overlaying a white grungy paper and then multiplying it and changing opacity. then on the bottom i used a barker blue and changed the setting to make it kind of shiney.

Day 15; Paper blending

I used a light blue paper on the first layer and the flower pattern on the second layer. I turned on the hard light in the blending mode and added a couple of coloured overlays.
