An EASY Fall Craft For You!
Hey there! Brandi here again. I just finished the cutest burlap wreath last week (I actually made two) and I thought I would share with you the process on how it’s made. (Sometimes I don’t know what I would do with out Pinterest!!) First, you’ll need to go to your local craft store and pick up some supplies unless you have them on hand (I went to JoAnn’s):
• Foam wreath •
• Glue gun •
• Burlap •
(depends on the size of the wreath but for a medium sized
one I would say close to 2 yards, more is better)
• Wide ribbon •
(preferably with wire in it)
• Twine •
• Fall decoration pieces •
• Gorilla Super Glue •
• Phillips head screwdriver •
• Rotary cutter (not necessary) or Scissors •
• Cutting Mat & ruler (if using rotary cutter) •

Let’s get started!
Cut out about 4×4″ squares of burlap. (It doesn’t need to be perfect)
Fold the burlap in half.
Grab your foam wreath, your phillips head screwdriver, and your glue gun.
Take your screwdriver and poke a hole in the wreath (it doesn’t matter where you begin).
Fill the hole up with your glue gun.
Take your folded burlap square and using your screwdriver, push it
inside the hole and kind of twist to get it in there really well.
Continue to do this until the entire wreath (sides and front) is covered.
~ Beware ~ Burlap sheds A LOT! 🙂
Take a long piece of your ribbon and tie a pretty bow to hang at the top.
There are many tutorials on how to tie a bow. Here’s one for a wreath. This is basically how I did mine.
Using your twine, wrap the pieces of fall decoration together so they won’t separate.
Then take a longer piece of twine and wrap around the wreath and tie a knot
around the decorations to secure them to the wreath.
Take your Gorilla Super Glue and dab some of the glue onto the back of the decorations
so when they’re laying on the burlap it will hold them more securely.
And there you have it.
A Fall-fantabulous wreath all made by YOU!
Here is mine on my front door.
I even scrapped a page about it. 😀
What do you think? Will you try it?
I want to see your creation if you do!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial. Happy Fall!
Brandi
