I’m very excited to announce today that a new designer has landed at The Lilypad! 

You know her as Peppermint Granberg, or One Little Bird Designs.  She’s no stranger to The Lilypad community, since she was once a Pollywog (creative team member) here.  She’s come full circle and migrated her wings over to The Pad! 

I’ve known Peppermint since 2008, when we were on a few creative teams together.  It was “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” that brought us together.  No joke.  She had posted in one of our creative team forums that she liked to watch that show.  So the first time I ever IM’ed her, I said, “Keeping up with the Kardashians, really?”  Who knew that those famous first words would lead to us talking to each other every day and becoming good friends?  Since then, we’ve visited each other in California and Wisconsin.  We’ve bonded over cheeseburgers and cupcakes.  She is one of the smartest, most talented, wittiest, and hardest-working people I know. 

Did I already say she has mad design skills?  At the end of 2009 she began designing digital scrapbooking kits, and the rest is history.  I already knew she was an incredibly talented scrapbooker.  But when she showed me her first designs, I was floored by her talent at combining just the right colors, texture, and elements into a kit.  

So I suppose you want to see some of her pretty digital scrapbook kits?  Here are some of my favorites of hers.  It was very hard to choose of course.  Once you visit her store, you will see what I mean!  :)
