Froggy Friday Fun!
Michelle here today, I am so excited for my first Froggy Friday post! Fridays are my favorite day of the week, due in no small part to all the fresh inspiration popping up everywhere. And the best part is, of course, the new stuff is all 20% off for the weekend! But before you race off to the store, take a minute to browse through this gorgeous eye candy. Every week the designers and Pollys pull fabulous ideas out of their hats and every week I drool over the creativity. First up, August guest Becca of Tickled Pink Studio came up with this jaw-droppingly creative date pack, Mimi’s Notions. Isn’t it CUTE?
Inspired by vintage thread spools, they are the perfect finishing touch to pretty much any layout! Case in point: The three layouts showcased here have totally different themes but all rock the thread spool daters. Becca also created two adorably quirky stitched alpha packs, one in organic colors and one pack of bright colors.

Did you notice all the fun, trendy arrows on staciahall’s Tooth of Time layout? Yep, those are new, too! If you participated in Wednesday’s speed scrap, though, these were the participation prize, so you already know how awesome they are ;). Arrows are a super hot craze right now, perfect to draw attention to your photo or journaling, or to repeat as a design element like staciahall did!
Another August guest, Little Butterfly Wings, created a pack of word art this week that you Project Lifers are sure to love. These typographic beauties come in 4×6, 3×4, and “word bit” sizes, and she threw in some paint splats for good measure. You can never have too many paint splats! I so admire Valeria’s talent with fonts, and can see using these cards on so many different projects, digital and hybrid.

La brought an adorable kit back from the vault on special request from her son. He also drew the spooky-cute monsters in Scary Moon Cat. I’m thinking this kit would be great for scrapping about my preschooler’s creative dreams (and sometimes nightmares).

Lauren Grier also debuted a brand new Layered Up In You set (I hear you all cheering!!), this time it’s clusters of CIRCLES! Big ones, small ones, and in-between ones. Complete with her signature doodles, of course.

And finally, if you loved the August BYOC, Amber Clegg has a special treat for you this week. She created two sets of Graph Doodles, one painted in August BYOC colors and the other plain. For maximum versatility, you can snag both sets in the bundle. Allison Pennington re-released a sweet mini, her part of an old collab, Love and Grace. If you’re into the stamp look, don’t miss Allison’s new pack of hand-cut stamped shapes, Stamp Tramp (Basic Shapes).
