Froggy Finds: Templates 3

Hi Pad Scrappers!

Polly Liana here, with our last installment of Froggy Finds: Templates.  One last peek at some templates that may have been overlooked because they’ve been in the store for a while.  It’s like finding buried treasure… even though they might be tucked in the back they are still totally spectacular!  Today we will be featuring templates created by Paula Kesselring, Rachel Jefferies, Lynne-Marie, Lynn Grieveson, Designed by Irma and NBK Design.

Paula Kesselring is known for her awesome vintage ephemera but did you know that she also dabbles in templates?  I love her Torn Paper Masks #1 template because it makes vintage torn paper backgrounds look super easy.

Next up is Rachel Jefferies, with her incredible mixed media creations.  She actually has loads of templates too, that coordinate really well with the mixed media designs, making layouts a breeze.  Here are two of my favorites from a while back:

Next we have Lynne-Marie, with her clever designs with a wide variety of styles from cute to funky.  Most of her templates have strong geometric elements to them, allowing you to create layouts that really POP!  Here are two of my faves:

Lynn Grieveson has been a mainstay at the Lilypad for years, with her bold mixed media style.  Like Rachel Jefferies (with whom she often collaborates),  Lynn has really great templates on the minimal side, to let her creations take center stage.  Here are a few oldies but goodies:

I also love this template for making my own realistic ripped and stitched elements to add to layouts:

Designed by Irma is newer to the Lilypad community and she came with lots of adorable designs.  I’m really fond of her clever templates that often coordinate with seasonal themes.  Here are a couple that stole my heart:

Last and certainly not least, NBK Designs (whose incredibly artistic designs are equal parts delightful and magical) offers wonderful templates that really compliment her creations.  Many of the templates are already so styled that you only need to add images and papers to make them complete!

There are also some clever mini templates that can be used as a ready-made element:

And lastly I just have to shout out these clever templates that feature each of the letters of the alphabet!

It was so fun to share these templates with you.  Next month, we will reach back in time to feature other oldies but goodies.  Until then, head our store to grab some of this goodness!  Then post your creations in our gallery for some love.  We hope you’ll also join us in the forums.

Have a great week!
