January 9: Travel related

Hello and welcome to Day 9 of MOC 2023!!!

The first week of MOC 11 is over and I hope you enjoyed it so far.

MOC 11 is a bit different from the former Month of Challenges, „Coming Home“…
Isn’t coming home much better when you have been away?
I love travelling, discovering new areas, visiting other countries and cities!
And I always come back home with many, many photos!

So my challenge for you is to scrap one of your favorite vacation, weekend or day trip photos.
Only use one photo, but this should be in a big size, outstanding on your layout.
Please add a journal card, with everything else you are free: wordart, stamps, paint, flowers or other embellishments, I’m sure you have as much fun decorating your page as I have!

I strolled through my gallery (so many memories…) and picked some of my layouts for you as examples.
Here you can see different ways how to place your photo.

Now it's your turn to scrap your own vacation/weekend trip/field trip remembrance page!
I can't wait to see your creations!!!

The special requirements for this challenge are:

- Use ONE large photo of a vacation or weekend trip or day trip that dominates your page.
- Include minimum ONE journal card (you can use more if you like).
- You can add anything else to your page, and scrap it in any style you wish.
Embellishments could be a wordart, journaling, stamps, paint, flowers, sequins,…
You can also use different papers if you like.
The use of a template is allowed.

The general requirements are:

In addition to the special requirements above, your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places:

1. Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site).
2. Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean.
3. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish.

Your page must contain Lilypad product (pages with photos and font only do not count). Product from other stores will not be allowed for MOC; your pages must contain 100% Lilypad product (current or retired product from designers or guest designers presently selling at The Lilypad).
