Quick question - I’m stitching down my title - does each letter count as an element?

Yes. That's something I hadn't considered ahead of time, but that's the way I'm counting it. :agree

Fun challenge! Since you asked for stitched down stuff, my mind immediately jumped to medical stitches and I chose to scrap about the weekend where my son split his head open once and his chin twice in 36 hours...
I have 2 squiggly lines, 2 straight lines and a grid.
Squiggly 1: orange flower, heart tag, ouch tag, blue ricrac, smiley felt and bandaid
Straight line 1: orange ricrac, blue string, accident tag, apple, yellow flower and doctor sticker
Grid: leaf, blue flower, yellow elastic, red cross felt, black and white washi tape, journaling card
Straight line 2: nurse washi, black and white string, IV bag sticker, pink bow, red flower, bandaids, smiley felt
Squiggly line 2: "stitches" tag, medical bag sticker, white flower, smiley felt, ripped blue tag, orange string

Thanks, Karen, for catching my goof.
Stitching row 1: Paint chip, fringe, flower, ribbon, small scatter piece (5)
Stitching row 2: Photo/frame, tape, 2 pieces of paper, label (5)
Stitching row 3: twine ribbon, 2 leaves, flower, 3 pieces fabric ( 7)
Stitching row 4: Notebook edge, ticket, tag, paint chip, 2 scatter pieces (6)
Stitching row 5: Postage stamp, tag, paper piece, paper foliage, mess of threads ( 5)
Note: I extended the stitching so it is more obvious.

@Karen Thank you for this challenge. I've never thought of using stitches in this way! It was a lot of fun going through my stash and choosing items that could theoretically be stitched. Thanks for hosting this!

First time using stitches this way, I usually use them on paper or as an element. This was fun and I hope to do it more often! Thanks for the fun challenge, Karen!!

Hopefully I didn't break the rows/columns thing... which sort of morphed into this!
    For the count:
    1. vertical loopy stitches - two photos, purple ricrac, bright blue flower, green leaves in corner, green flower patch

    2. vertical thin stitches - six letters of "crafty"

    3. horizontal loopy stitches - has bottom corner photo, word "girls",

    4. horizontal zigzag to right - right photo, bright blue text box, aqua flat ribbon, camera, scribble heart

    5. messy horiz zigzag - bottom - blue cord loops, star ticket, paper rosette, aqua curled ribbon, postage stamp

I didn't count the circle at the corner as one of my stitch groups.
