MOC10 - Jan 23: Stitched Down Stuff - Stitches

Oh goodness! What terrible luck he had in those 36 hours! Poor kiddo! That sounds like something I would have done as a kid too though. I was always getting hurt. Lol. This is the perfect subject for all the stitches. I love all the bits and pieces you tucked under your stitching too!

@Karen Yeah, it was a tough weekend. I must say too, to his credit, each injury was due to an epileptic drop seizure (in which he loses consciousness, becomes suddenly stiff with his head lifted and is propelled in whichever direction he was going...).

@Marif oh my gosh! That's awful! I'm so sorry that's how he got hurt! I was just a total clutz and fell doing stupid stuff or running into things. Sheesh! That must be so scary for both you and him to get hurt that way and not have any control over it! I sure hope it happens less often now and in the future!

@Karen Thanks. This was 4 years ago and we've taken a lot of measure for his safety and might be getting close to seizure control... fingers crossed! Epilepsy is quite the journey...
