January 23: Stitched Down Stuff

Karen dear, thank you so much for hosting, I really enjoyed the challenge, and, I liked my page very much. Here's my take, full credits in gallery. Wishing you a wonderful Sunday and a fantabulous week ahead dear lady!

This took me hours and I am not in love with it, but it will have to do.

I could definitely get all of this under my sewing machine and stich it down , so much fun, thank you ( the rickrack is part of the diagonal line , not the top one.

EDITED: Now that I re-read your instructions, I realize that circles alone probably won't work since you are looking for rows or columns, but I might still be able to make this layout work.

Can I do 5 rows of stitches across the top of these stitched circles and everything they're holding down? Then I will have made rows, and there will be a lot more than 5 elements under each row.

I really tried to make this open for interpretation... so a circle is still a length of stitching, so as long as you have 5 circles you're good. The ribbons underneath work too!

In case you need a little help identifying the 5 items:
Top horizontal row: nest sticker, sequin, date tab, arrow heart
Middle horizontal row: nest sticker, date tab, arrow, sequin, birdhouse sticker
Bottom horizontal row: sequin, arrow, birdhouse sticker, flower, bird
Left vertical: tape, date tab, arrow, white flower, pink flower
Right vertical: sequin, white flower, sequin, title, tape, word strip
