I used 54 photos of the stollen before and after the power sugar was added. That made about half my photos dark and half light. I really like the effect it gave to my photo. The bottom photo on the left is the photo that I applied the mosaic to.
Jan, this was so much fun! Hats off to @keepscrappin for the excellent tutorial for PSE (I use 2019). The mosaic doesn't look as defined over my subject as it did on my computer, but I'm pretty happy overall. I used about 40 unique photos.
This was fun. I used pictures from my grandson's first year to layer over a first birthday picture. Thanks for the unique challenge!
This is such a fun technique! I ended up using Canva to create the collage. I tried following the tutorials and that one seemed the easiest and least time-consuming, at least for me. Then I used the Photoshop pattern technique after that. Thanks for the fun challenge, Jan!!
Interesting Day! As I said this morning, I actually had contact sheets from a prior challenge doing this same thing But I decided to go ahead and create something totally new, for the learning process and what a process it turned out to be! On my "Intentions " List for this year is to actually get into CC and learn the darn thing have been paying for it for a year now!!! Well as I worked through the tutorial, I found that in PSC5 the contacts page did not have photo masks... So I headed to CC... and then was hit with all sorts of challenges, including working with a template I was not familiar with , so when things did not do what I wanted, I was not sure whether operator error, or something wonky with the template , or things done differently with CC... Sadly I have discovered, my hundreds of styles do not show in CC... So I went back to PSC 5 to finish it off with a style by NBK for the frame... Photos were all from the Mosquito Serenade concerts 50 of them... @IntenseMagic So Jan... I want to compliment you on the wonderful direction I followed all the way through and it was all perfect!!! VERY well done... I went back several time's as I understood more of the process and played and played, until I was relatively happy... Could have stopped hours ago!!!
Here's mine. The 60 photos I used in the mosaic were taken on the same trip to Bok Tower as the main photo, so lots of flowers. I liked this better than I expected.
The town in France we lived in for a short while. I made a simple collage of photos but repeated and overlaid it a few times at different sizes, hope that is OK. I think this would be a great technique for a cover page I used "I Get Back Up" and "Apple of my eye" and paint from "And Now"
I made a 6x6 photo collage then pasted it alongside itself multiple times to make it cover my photo. This was a nice technique to learn. Thanks!
This technique really stretched my scrapping muscle. Thank you for the challenge! I used the Lightroom technique.
I used about 100 baby photos to build a grid and then blended. I even switched a few photos around to get better lighting on her face. Thanks for the challenge!
