Fun challenge. I always love to play around with brushes and masks.

I was amazed how quickly this came together for me. I had to do some creative layer masking and duplicate paint to use the photo on only part of the two-tone paint mask. Thanks, Wendy, this was fun!!!

Here's mine! I used lots of different paint and merged them together. Then I clipped my picture to the pile of paint, LOL. There's a few extra splats on there, too. Thanks for the great challenge!
