Does it have to be about a friendship of mine, or can it be about someone else's friends, like my daughter's friends from school?

I altered the 2 figures to give a rear view. I changed their hair and linked their arms. 242 words

 

Thank you for this challenge. I am so blessed with close friends, it was hard to choose what to do, but I found the perfect picture and let it guide me. Journaling = 233 words

Had to add 3 words to make 200!!!! Have already done most of my friends this month... so that was the challenge, someone who I had not done... this was Christmas.....

Teana is my next door neighbor, and my friend... She was already there when we moved in in 1994... She has always been there for me and my kitty cats... At the moment there is just Kashmir... But she was also a surrogate Mom to Kismet, before he died... She watches Kashmir, and my house and my plants (in the summer) when I have to be gone... She informed me a year ago I had 40 Outside plants in pots that needed tending!!!! Yikes!!!!

A long time ago we started getting together at Christmas for an evening of gift exchanging and conversation... We both look forward to it, but I had thought perhaps it was a burden on her, since she rarely goes out and does not really like shopping, while I on the other hand LOVE shopping, So I asked her this year if she wanted to continue...? she seemed surprised and said, yes of course, didn't I want to? This year for the first time ever, we had a deep personal conversation about her life, and I learned that there is no one who gives her gifts, so it is something she really looks forward to....made me happy!

 

My journaling word count is 203. I enjoyed documenting my relationship with one of my best friends, thought to really tell our whole story the journaling would have taken up the entire page!

I thought about this all day and wasn't sure I could journal this, but I just started typing and pretty soon I had over 250 words!

 

This one is going to be a challenge for me! I really like journaling, but usually like to keep it short and sweet. I just wrote what I thought was a lot and it was only 100 words! I'll have to put my thinking cap on, lol.

I referenced this story/group in a previous challenge, but it was perfect for this one. It's also a very different page. I have over 220 words. This pictures on this page are just over 9 years old, but we still show up for each other - now for kids graduating and parents passing away and having health concerns. Our friendships just continue to grow and change.
