June Inspiration Challenge

Welcome to June!! I am honored to be hosting the June Inspiration Challenge.

As you know, I love my beverages and taking photos of them. For this month's Inspiration challenge, I want you to use the "inspiration board" I created with various beverages or even the photo examples I included as a "jumping off point" to inspire a page about your favorite choice of beverage.

You can be inspired by any of the beverages along with any of the colors from the board, or even like the one with coffee, use a quote and quotations. What ever you choose, we want you to have fun and scrap your favorite beverage!



I was inspired not only to scrap my favorite beverage of Coffee, but also my love of quotes. I chose to use the coffee photo from the internet with the quote and quotation marks to inspire me.

I made some circle shapes that I clipped papers to and did an inner shadow to as well. Shadow styles by FDD & Mommyish.

Also the splatter style on my quotation marks are from Karen Shultz Designs - watercolor splatters. fonts are CK Ali's Hand and The Queen (for quotation marks) by HJoyce and Corona 3 Typewriter.

The instructions are simple…

Your page must contain at least 1 favorite beverage photo and at least 1 sentence about your favorite beverage.

As always: your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the June Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread.

The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges' the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

2 challenges = 10% off
4 challenges = 20% off
6 challenges = 30% off

If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
