Translation of my text:
What a pleasure to drink a very fresh smoothie while outside it is 30°.
Today I put lots of ingredients that I had in my fridge or in my cupboards.
With my blender I mixed:
cucumber - onions - spinach - rocket salad - parsley - coconut milk - spices.
All this together is really DELICIOUS.

Love all the herbs and cucumber that you added..the coconut milk sounds yummy to give it just that wonderful touch of sweetness :) It looks beautiful and yup re your word strip of plant therapy. Thankyou very much @cfile for your comment. I try to eat as healthy as possible. My daughter is a naturopath and gives me lots of good advice.
