Jan 6: “This is My Song” Image Challenge (Inspiration)

I absolutely love this idea but have no idea where to start :( Good thing I'm at work. that'll give me time to think about it

The only Song Title that I could think of that really relates to me is always HERE being I'm a stay at home mom to six. Most are grown. 2 married. So life keep moving along and I always want my kids to know I'm always HERE

So many ideas....now to figure out which one would be best/easiest to scrap. I think it's a good thing I'm heading for the refuge today, it always clears my head & with any luck, I'll know exactly what I want to do when I get home.

Wow this is such a cool challenge!! I really have to give it some thought though! I can't wait to see all the layout for this challenge.

I hope so because my kids are my life and are me, therefore I'm scrapping about me through my children. I already have an idea, but it's about a child of mine (something she struggles with as a pre-teen and I struggled with as well). It's a constant reminder for me, even as an adult. So I'm really hoping tying the two works/counts because that's where I'm heading with this challenge

it's about YOU ... we are people too ... as long you can get yourself in there - you can have your song about your kids or family too. but it should not be a song only about someone else. does that help??
 
For those struggling with how to incorporate YOU into your your Song Title:

AnneofAlamo made hers about her family - she talked about what her life is like raising a big family of kids and made her song title and album/band a family/group effort

Lynne-Marie is about how being a mom to her sons has put some of her personal dreams on hold or off to the side

My band would be called the Red Sails after the story I have read as a teen, the one filled with crazy hope beyond reason, faith in miracles and incorrigible romanticism. The song is Ride with me into the Sunset, as I feel like the very depressing end of last year is in the past and it's looking up, and being behind my husband riding into the sunset is just about the most positive thing I can imagine right now. so it might not be the song of my life, but the song of me now.
