Hello & welcome to MOC Day 6! We are almost at the one week mark! Yay!
This is an inspiration challenge. You will use the image below as inspiration for your page, BUT you must come up with an original Song Title that sums up your life. You must also create either a name for your Band or create a name for your Album and incorporate them onto your page.
January is the perfect time of year to either reflect on where you have been or where you intend to go, or more generally speaking, who you are/who you want to be. So, we are going to use this image as inspiration to create a page that does just that. We are going to come up with an original Song Title that either sums up our life, or who we are, or who we hope to be!
Some ideas:
* Can be a song title that sums up your year 2015
* Can be a song title that sums up your life as a whole or who you are as a person
* Can be a song title that sums up your hopes, dreams and directions for 2016
I hope this gives you lots of flexibility, depending on whether you are the reflective type (looking back on the past) or the dreamer type (looking ahead to the future) or perhaps you're somewhere in between. Along with coming up with an original Song Title to sum up your life … you will need to come up with a Band Name or Album Name … every song needs to be part of an Album or at least have a Band/Singer.
You can also do both: include a Band Name and Album Name, but only one is required. You can create some lyrics for your song if you wish, but again, it is not a requirement. You can use photos or choose to do a photo less page. It's totally up to you! Let the image inspire you!
Here's what I came up with. I included my Song title and the name of my Album:

Requirements:

2. Create a BAND name or an ALBUM title.
3. Incorporate both onto your page in some way using the image as inspiration
Your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Please post your page in your page thread you created in this forum. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean. You should also post your page here in this thread, and people can comment here if they wish. Pages should contain at least 75% current Lilypad product (currently for sale in the store from either permanent designers or guest designers).

Q: Can I design the layout for my kiddos (a song about THEIR life), or does it HAVE to be about me?
A: Your "This is MY Song" page has to be about YOU ... but I can accept it if you can work YOU into it (along with your kids) ... you have to be in there somehow.
Q: (referencing the above question) I hope so because my kids are my life and are me, therefore I'm scrapping about me through my children. I already have an idea, but it's about a child of mine (something she struggles with as a pre-teen and I struggled with as well). It's a constant reminder for me, even as an adult. So I'm really hoping tying the two works/counts because that's where I'm heading with this challenge.
