As someone who once worked at Pizza Hut for nearly 6 years I feel like I should be an expert on this subject but that was before I went Gluten Free.
1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you like pizza? I’d say a strong 7 if I discounted the fact that most gluten free pizza bases probably taste woeful to be quite honest (if my GF bread adventures were any indication)
2. What crust do you prefer? Thin Crust
3. What sauce do you prefer? Depends on topping quite honestly - probably top two would be BBQ or Cranberry
4. What toppings do you prefer? Either Ham & Pineapple or Chicken & Cranberry if I’m thinking takeaways. My favourite frozen pizza toppings were usually Spinach & Mozzarella but I’d end up adding other toppings to bulk it out (usually onions, tomatoes and a deli meat (ham, bacon etc) if I had it)
5. What brand do you prefer? None now as if I was going to do it I’d make my own with either a gluten free pizza base mix
or a gluten free wrap (totally non traditional I know but I’m intolerant to one of the main additives that seems to be in 99% of GF bread/dough products)
