I haven't heard of those toppings, but we have weird ones too! Some we have like Taco, but I've never heard of potato! We have Penne a la Vodka pizza, and of course, lol... Salad Pizza. Which isn't actually bad. But, weird.

I’ve had taco pizza but never penne or salad. I’m learning so many new flavor combos today!

One if my favorite pizza places recently closed it was called pizza doctors and they had a buffet nightly called explority surgery where they made werid new pizzas to try. Like loaded baked potato pizza with bacon and sour cream.. or broccoli and cheese ..or smore with mnm or cheese cake with brownie crust.. or peach cobbler ... it was amazing. And you got free buffet on your birthday. It was my kids favorite.
We always had fun trying new kinds. And seeing what the owner would come up with. It was even on the food network once . National tv

We do a lot of homemade pizza nights here at home too ..where we make our own mini ones on pita bread and use left overs or what we got in thr fridge as toppings ..it's fun to see what the family puts on their pizzas.. some are more out there than others . Have to say my husband is the most boring out of the bunch..he is pretty darn vanilla

You are one of many thin crust lovers here at The Lilypad. My little sister’s favorite meal is bbq ribs so I bet she’d love that pizza!

Sounds like a fun restaurant! That’s too bad it’s now closed. Our family is pretty boring with pizza toppings; we usually just stick to pepp & cheese when we make them at home.

5. What brand do you prefer? We have a small pizza joint right at the end of our road and they have the best pizza! If purchasing frozen, I do like a Totino's (they are super small and cheap) but I also like Red Baron.

My GGF immigrated from near Naples and opened a pizza restaurant in NY and I grew up in NY so I am pretty picky about my pizza. :think :lol2 The pizza I prefer is probably closest to Neapolitan -- hand-tossed, crispy on the bottom but with a thicker, chewier outer crust.:tu I also love Chicago stuffed style pizza.
3. What sauce do you prefer? a bright fresh tomato sauce (but no big blobs of tomato. I have issues. :lol)

5. What brand do you prefer? Just NO to chain pizza :nope- I don't really like any of them. We have a world famous gourmet pizza place near us (Pizzeria Bianco) that is amazing (it's been repeatedly named best pizza in the US by Bon Appetit and a bunch of other places and the owner is a James Beard Award winner) but it's (obviously) super hard to get into. So, we usually get pizza from our local NY-style pizza joint, Ray's. :lol

Dawn, I watched a documentary on this pizza shop, lucky you it looks fantastic!

5. What brand do you prefer? we have a local shop called Pizza West Chester. He's cash only, no phone, you find out if he's open by his IG Stories. His pizza is fantastic.

Yay for an awesome pizza place right down the road! I would be in big trouble if that were the case for me haha I like supreme pizza but because my kids don’t I rarely order it.

My grandparents lived in Brooklyn and Long Island (Rockville Center) but my parents moved to Westchester County where I grew up. Tiny little town called Valhalla, next to White Plains. When I went to college, both of my parents (divorced by then) moved to other parts of the country. So, I rarely get back to NY although I visit my sister in NJ fairly frequently.
 
1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you like pizza? Probably 8 -- it really makes me bloat, but I do love it.
2. What crust do you prefer? thick (Chicago style) but will eat thin (but not crispy), also like deep dish pizza
3. What sauce do you prefer? red but alfredo is good, especially in Margherita pizza or a philly cheese steak pizza
4. What toppings do you prefer? all of them but green peppers but I can pick them off
5. What brand do you prefer? no store bought ones. Delivery here is yuk. In store: Blaze, local pizza places, Panera. Trader Joe's has fresh pizza dough that bakes up nicely for at home pizza.

I just had pizza for lunch at a local place.

5. What brand do you prefer? I'm not buying pizza at the store these days (low carb diet).

* If I'm getting a pizza just for myself, I order a hand tossed, alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach & artichoke hearts pizza. Glass Nickel Pizza delivery
If I'm sharing with my husband, we compromise on hand tossed, red sauce, ham & pineapple. (He's a "throw on all the meats and sometimes jalapenos too" pizza man.)
