Spring Cake Recipe

I love spring so much!!!

Everything about this time of the year makes me so happy, including the light spring foods that grace my table!

Today I have one of my favorite recipes for a light Spring Cake that is so super easy to make and won’t wreck your diet if you’re trying to lose a few more pounds before swim suit season is here.

Here are all the ingredients you’ll need to make this delicious cake!

It just doesn’t get any easier than that, my friends!

To make this cake, simply mix together a box of angel food cake mix and a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice. Pour into an ungreased 9×13 inch pan. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Let the cake cool and serve with a dollop of whipped cream…yum!
