Celeste is one of my favorite scrappers at The Lilypad. I adore her colorful, clean and crisp style. Her pages are so fun to look at, and I admire how she keeps the focus on the story. Celeste is such an inspiration and is always honing her craft. She is one of our most active challenge scrappers at the Pad. We asked Celeste to describe her scrapping style and this is what she had to say:
“My scrapping style is fairly clean, but layered. I leave quite a bit of white space on my pages. I am a lover of patterned paper and really have a knack for mixing pattern, scale and color. I rely mostly on paint and round elements like buttons, brads or flair to finish off my pages. I adore vintage ephemera pieces, but in my crazy head I just think of them as more pattern layers to add. A page isn’t truly finished for me if it doesn’t have journaling. Crazy as it seems, I really enjoyed the art journaling challenge during Month of Challenges. I plan on joining in on the art journaling challenges going forward!”
