Mini Snowman Pizza Recipe

Hi-ho Pad Scrappers!
Polly Liana here with a fun winter recipe that everyone will love: Mini Snowman Pizzas! They’re easy, not too many ingredients and adorable. Here’s what you need:

- “Grands” biscuit dough
- sliced black olives
- pizza sauce
- baby carrots, sliced into little “noses”
- 4 c shredded Italian blend or mozzarella cheese
Directions
Split each biscuit in half and place the dough rounds on an ungreased baking sheet and spread the dough out a little with your fingers to even out and thin out the dough.

If you like your crusts more CRISPY I’d suggest baking the biscuit dough for about 5-10 minutes or so BEFORE adding the sauce, cheese, and toppings. After pre-baking the dough for a while, THEN add the sauce, cheese, and toppings and continue baking for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.

When you have the dough all set, spread a little of your favorite tomato or pizza sauce on each. Top each pizza with some shredded cheese. (Italian blend of shredded cheese is great but any kind of cheese will do.)
Add the faces with the olives and carrots.

Once you have the faces the way you want them, bake the pizzas at 350 degrees until golden brown on the bottom and around the edges.

Voila! Little snowman pizzas. The perfect cozy snack after a long day of playing or shoveling. Enjoy!
