January 25th : Art Doll (Style Challenge)

Ok, this was WAY more fun than I had expected!! I actually had to stop myself because I have so many more layouts to create before the end of MOC :)
I used the Spring music as the inspiration. It reminded me of a spring wedding... or spring coronation of a fairy queen... seriously, I had so much fun with this one!

I also was able to throw in the font as a nod to the music composer - the font is called "Vivaldi Italic" :)
 
I'm not an artsy kind of person, so this was a little challenging for me. I used an old template from a retired designer for the pieces of my doll instead of the one you provided. It fit better with a scrapbook I have been working on for my daughter for almost 2 years. all the paper for the dolls are current product in the store, even though I used an old template.

OMG - So excited that I did this challenge and actually LOVED it @MrsPeel :heartlub:heartlub:heartlub I have to admit that this was so outside of my comfort zone that I almost didn't complete the MOC challenges. Now that I did and enjoyed it, I have to hustle through the rest to finish the other challenges before the deadline! LOL!

 
I was inspired by Vivaldi's Le Quattro Stagioni: Autunno but I knew I wanted to use that quote, it gives me hope!

More than a bit of a challenge for me… very much not my style and I am still not certain I like it… but I am done with it…

This angel fairy is no ordinary angel or fairy she has an attitude… she digs autumn because its cooler… though just to be contrary she also loves a bit of spring pinks and the hope it brings… a strong willed chickie is she…

I was a little intimidated with this one ... but now I wish I had more time to play and finesse -- I have so many more challenges to get to though so had to finish her up quickly! TY Cynthia! It was really fun! :) (And I realize I need Tangie's class in Feb more than ever! haha) Inspired by Spring!

 
Inspired by Vivaldi's Summer and the happiness of feeling the warm sun on my face - something I'm missing on these cold winter days!

Such a fun challenge! I was inspired by summer...I am looking forward to it after this long winter!

 
Well, I got this done (totally outside my comfort range!!). I was inspired by both summer and winter - different but both beautiful. I listened to the music and enjoyed both - then I found this quote and the inspiration for my page! Thanks for the challenge!
