I hope it's not cheating, but they are two separate images taken one after another by my dd while she was awaiting my arrival after 2.5 km swim this summer, I don't get to see the lake of balloons much, it's more trying to avoid the flailing arms and legs of the people in front, you do see a few balloons, but not like this... And the one where she took a close up of me I was under water, but you can see the writing, not many English speakers among the Swiss lake "crossers", so you know it's me, and yes, she (dd) kindly considers me the queen of the lake, so therefore you know why you can call me majesty
I hope this is OK, I added another two photos as these I had not scrapped so will be printed- I realised after reading MollyC and others that I also dont take many photos that can be cut, if anything I need to extract them...if it's not ok, I can try make another page
You're right, I OFTEN crop out the "noise" from my photos. Often I have to snap a shot quick before the moment is gone, but I haven't had a chance to frame my photo yet, so I get all this extra background. But this one shows what our street looked like while we lived in Okinawa, the plants, the buildings, all the poles and wires because it's such an old neighborhood. So, I'm glad to capture that here when I think of it that way. https://the-lilypad.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=182298&title=happy-moment-captured&cat=500
I literally told a story about always having to crop photos taken in this spot... because of that dumpster!
Loved making this page! Thanks for the challenge. https://the-lilypad.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=182510&title=moc-18-story-of-shopping&cat=500
So here's mine with a focus on me and the big size photo which tell that the photo was taken in front of our apartment
I don't know that I would have necessarily cropped this photo more because it was the only one that showed the location. But it would have been tempting to do. The pier in the background helps tell the story of the picture.
