I don't have a lot of really clear memories of my childhood, but this day is one I will never forget. Journaling is in the gallery, 345 words.
Happily, this was an easy challenge for me! It is extremely rare that I have a single page without a story or description.
We started our vacation in the Florida Keys because Krystin was supposed to take a specialty SCUBA class. The class was cancelled but the trip was already paid for so away we went. We stayed in Marathon Key. The bridges between the keys were pretty spectacular. You would go several miles between islands on the bridges all the way from the main land to Key West. We drove to Key West the first day we were there. We walked around the harbor and waited to see the sunset. It was cloudy so we didn’t get the type of sunset Key West is known for. The weather was nice and warm - about 85 degrees. The humidity was also about 85 percent. The next day we took a snorkeling trip off Marathon Key to a wild life preserve. Mark, Krystin & Jessica all saw a shark while snorkling. Krystin even had her underwater camera but was so excited about seeing the shark she forgot to take a picture. We saw lots of different types of fish and the coral was really pretty. That night we drove into Key West again to take a haunted ghost tour. It was so much fun learning about the different ghosts that haunt Key West. It was a walking tour. We saw where Hemmingway’s ghost is supposed to be, along with the house where “Robert the doll” lived. As we were stopped to listen to one of the stories on the tour, it started to rain and a palm branch fell down and hit the tour guide on the head. Really freaked her out! The tour we went on has been shown on the Travel Chanel and I had heard several of the stories the tour guide told us about. It was alot of fun and we took lots of pictures
Okay, so I got 220 words...I think! It's a least really close to that count! Counting the words took me back to school days of counting essays to make sure I had enough words. Looking back, I'm sure no teacher ever took the time to count our words! Thanks for the challenge! By the way, I don't mind journaling challenges at all! Almost all of my pages have journaling. The reason I scrapbook is so that my children will remember the story behind all these pics and they will know how I felt about them!

I love these pages so so much <3 I know journaling is so hard for most people but I just love seeing people's stories like this. It's super inspiring and lovely <3 Here is one from me
I got way more than 150 words, but blurred the journaling down the left side of the layout because it's too personal to post all over the internet. kwim It mostly talks about how much she's loved and things that I wish for her.
