Help, I read the directions but can't seem to convert the directions to Elements 12. Sorry, can anyone please give me instructions?
I have the background layer, the text paper layer and an element layer all lined up. Then I'm lost. thanks

I have sent you a PM to hopefully help and also a link to where I was helping others with using PSE HERE

One other way you could do this is:

1. Bottom layer is your paper
2. Journaling on top of your paper
3. Shape on top of your journaling
4. Duplicate your paper layer and put it on top of your shape
5. Clip your duplicated paper layer to your shape
