I don’t know that I say it enough but thank you for well everything in the past almost 34 years. Thank you for supporting my crazy dreams $500 a time when you and I for that matter don’t know when it will be paid off. If it wasn’t for you supporting my employment and study ambitions financially, I don’t know what I would do because other options, well they just aren’t an option to be fair. Thank you for understanding that while the debt tends to keep going up, I am making a conscious effort to pay you back….it may only be $10 a week but I know you appreciate the effort I make. Thank you for being a listening ear when I’ve had good news, bad news or just plain scary news…. you’ve talked me into calm when chaos has happened and for that I’m grateful. Thank you also for letting me live with you for 3 and a half years…..I know it didn’t turn out 100% the way either of us wanted it to…I think you’ll agree that we are just two different people with vastly different ideas on how we prefer to live. Thank you for taking me on many lunch dates, movie dates, shopping sprees, day trips, camping trips when I was younger and overseas holidays to Vanuatu & Gold Coast. I still have such amazing memories of the the trip to Vanuatu just before I turned 6 – I was the talk of the hotel In Port Villa being a blonde-haired blue-eyed kid who stood out so much so that the ladies in the Laundry loved spoiling me rotted! I remember it was the incentive for having had major surgery and you decorated my hospital room with posters to get me excited. Thank you for always making it a point to visit me in hospitals when I’ve been admitted just to keep me sane! You & I both know how boring waiting on hospital wards can be for the next test, the next medicine dose, or the doctor to come to visit. I only wish as your health declines as you get older that I could support you physically more during your time of need but we both know that isn’t an option…. all I can do is be at the end of the phone when you want to talk and try and be peace maker between a few family members who aren’t into talking to each other (you know who I mean with that one and you know I’m firmly stuck in the middle too).
Love

Oh this is so beautiful. I adore the hot pink and orange combo. Your grandma sounds like a wonderful lady and this letter is so heartfelt. Thank you so much for playing with me this month.
she looks like an amazing shining light comes from her smile..... and I know by own experience (multiple surgeries as a child, hospitals wait and general distress of having congenital and later in life arising conditions) how difficult it can be to have people genuinely supporting us.... love the way you are open in your scrapping, your heart is poured here and (as you may have noticed by the way I talk/write) I love that quality in scrappers.... if I know what goes on in your mind/the page, it gains a higher dimension and we can love it even more....this is so amazing, I know I haven't been around enough to catch up properly (and I seem to remember you had issues with computer? Hope is all solved!) but I promise will try my best now!!!
This is amazingly beautiful,
