Hello scrappy friends!!!
I have been doing lots of baking since being quarantined at home and my daughter has gotten the baking bug herself. I love that about having older kiddos!!
Last week she decided to make chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. This was my first time letting her in my kitchen completely on her own. She was so proud of herself and I was proud of her, too!!
This was definitely a scrap worthy moment! I used the In My Kitchen collab kit by Becca Bonneville and Designed by Soco to scrap her baking success with these chocolate chip muffins and included the recipe on the layout.
Including the recipe right on the layout is one way to document some of your most special recipes.
And here is the recipe for you to enjoy as well:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter melted
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 bag milk chocolate chips
sugar to sprinkle

Preheat oven to 400.
In a medium bowl mix flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, beat together milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Add dry ingredients and beat until mixed well.
