Gallery Spotlight! Plus some other fun happenings here at the pad!
Its such an EXCITING time at the pad!
First off it is the first Tuesday of the month which means….. January Challenges are HERE! 🙂 I am so excited for you all to go check out this amazing forum full of inspiration! I challenge each and every one of you to try at LEAST one challenge.. if not two, or three!
Second, its TADPOLE TUESDAY!!!!!!! That means some super yummy goodies hit the store today at only ONE BUCK! you can’t beat that! – So go check it out… go ahead.. I will be here when you get back! 🙂
Ok, I am one lucky duck browsing the galleries today! The inspiration that can be found at the Lilypad gallery amazes me each and every time I get a chance to thumb through it. I was told to pick two and only two and after much contemplation I just CAN NOT WAIT to show you these inspiring pieces of art…..
ivana alves – If you have not checked out her gallery yet… RUN don’t walk its a MUST see! She literally takes my breath away with her out of the box thinking. LOVE her use of space and the way she will draw your eye to her layout in a gallery stuffed full of beautiful art.
So on to her page: I love composition and how she implements the elements into her page. The way she uses that color is pure genius.
Star74– I constantly find myself OOOOOOOing and AHHHHHHing in her gallery! The way she uses a template will ROCK your SOCKS off like no other! She has one of those galleries where you search through the credits as you are sure you have never seen that element before only to find out that she used it in SUCH a FANtasTIC way you didn’t recognize it! Her use of color and white space makes me a HUGE fan!
This page is simple.stunning. and just plain ole’ makes me smile….
