Froggy Finds: Pie!
Welcome back to Froggy Finds! Polly Liana here with a fun focus today: Pie! Today is National Apple Pie Day here in the US and we’re celebrating today by checking out a few kits that have pies in them. Because the Lilypad has been around for well over a decade, we have had lots of opportunities to create products featuring pies. Let’s have a look at some that will be great for any pie-related activity you might want to scrap.
First up, a great kit from Kristin Aagard Designs as an homage to all things baking. As usual, Kristin’s kit is chock full of all kinds of imagery, florals, great patterned paper and tiny details. It’s awesome for any layout devoted to baking.

A throwback from Kim Jensen designs that features really cute flair with dessert references– one of which is “Cutie Pie.” Perfect! I love the little bits of confetti and glitter in some of them.

Next up, a twofer from Kristin Aagard. First, lots of fun apple references and imagery and second, the most adorable, strawberrish ginghamy kit you’ve ever seen!

This collection of elements by One Little Bird is definitely a throwback and we’re featuring it because it is so versatile! Love the bright colors and adorable word art. Sweet like apple pie.

Even though we’re technically focusing on apple pie, I had to throw in this beautiful kit by Grace in Color that has always entranced me. The patterns of the papers, the tiny details… I love it all!

Finally, one more kit from Kristin Aagard Designs. Those little kawaii fruits and veggies are the cutest! And we love the wood accents and puffy word art.

So there you have it! If you’re looking for a way to commemorate National Apple Pie Day, we’re here for it. Just save us a piece. We’ll bring the vanilla ice cream.
