Froggy Finds: Spring
Welcome back, Pad Scrappers!
Polly Liana, here once again to whisk you back to the beginnings of the Lilypad to feature some products that may have escaped your notice but are still awesome choices for your layouts! This time, we’re focusing on Spring. Yes, in this region we are finally coming out of the depths of a long, dark, cold winter. Things are waking up and little bits of green and pink are starting to peek out from trees, bushes and grasses. This is my favorite season and I love to scrap about all the fun events that come with this time of year.
For this post, I did a search in the shop for Spring products and then went waaaaay back to the start of the Lilypad. Here are some of my favorite products from that search.
First up, I love love LOVE these sweet little embroidered flowers from Valorie Wibbens. They add just the right delicate touch to layouts featuring new blooms;

Here are two alphas I love to use for Spring layouts. The first is a whimsical one from CD Muckosky. I love the handmade feel of them and the colors are perfect for bright images.

The other is a very clever alpha from Sahlin Studios that looks like it’s made out of grass! Check out the detail on this product– it’s so fresh, you can almost smell the grass.

Here is a trifecta of amazing Spring-themed products from the very clever Kim Jensen. In particular, I love the flowers made out of egg cartons!

And one more sweet, delicate kit from Sahlin Studios to round out the collection. Love the tiny patterns and springy colors:

I hope you’ve enjoyed this trip down the Spring Memory Lane and that you may have rediscovered some products that would be helpful for your Spring layouts. Enjoy!

Oh MAN! I need those awesome embroidery elements! Love all these wonderful springy bits here!
