I only wear flats and Clark's is my go-to brand. I have about 5 pairs of the same sandals in different colors! At home, I wear Crocks.
I'm not sure how casual you can go- but Sanuks are my most favorite shoe! They are made out of recycled yoga mats = super comfy!
I have Clarks walking shoes and several pairs of Sketchers and love them all. I find that for distance walking though, the Clarks are better but the Sketchers are great for day to day wear.
OK girls..what kind of Clark's or sketchers are the best??? Lol..there are a few to choose from... Point me in the right direction...
oooo Kari... I asked similar to this I think. I'll see if that thread is around. It had helpful links and ideas!
There are some ideas here: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/comfy-shoes-help.44950/#post-786464 I'm actually getting a pair of LifeStride for the spring... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C8KNEZW/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER And then I'm getting a pair of Vans: This one... since the Link was way long...
Watching, too. Anyone know of a company that makes CUTE shoes with high arches and wide width? Emphasis on the cute. #ihateshoeshopping
You guys seriously are the best.... I bought a pair of sketchers bobs..and a pair of other brand flats..I'll post reviews when they come
My 20 years at Macy's as my second job, I always had Skechers' Mary Janes like these: https://www.skechers.com/en-us/style/23005/relaxed-fit-breathe-easy-lucky-lady/blk
For dressy flats I go with whatever Clark's currently has that I like. For casual flats, it's Toms for sure. I LOVE that they come in about 8 billion different colors/patterns, but all have the same fit. I think that Toms and Skechers Bobs are really similar.
I am firmly in the sketchers camp. I stalk up when they have a sale. Once in awhile I might find a DR Scholls flat or sneaker at Walmart I can wear. But sketchers is my go to shoe for anything that needs to be a cut above sneakers or flip flops. I also have very high arches so an open flat is the way I generally go. Sketchers are rounded at the toe as well so work well if your feet are a bit wide.
