So, when these photos were taken, I wasn't actually living with my family yet. At this point, I was just dating Jesse (Naomi and Ruth's Dad). We moved in about a month after these photos were taken. But wow, it feels like a lifetime ago.
I really just want to lift your layout Jenn! It is stunning! I used a fabulous template by SG for mine - love her NSD grab bags!
Such a fun challenge that can be scrap in so many directions! Thanx for the challenge and I so love everyone's creations! Here be mine:
Eek, I almost forgot to post this here! I had fun trying different papers to get the right feel for the blocking.
This Was Definitely A Challenging Challenge For Me...Looking Through The Thread After I Finished My Layout I Realized That A Lot Of People Did What I Would Call A White Space Type Design But I Didn't Take That Route At All...The Rules Of The Challenge State That It Is Required That Your Layout Has 2 Or More Large Background Areas & To Connect These Areas With Photos,Elements Or A Title...Well I Translated That As 3 Large Background Areas Which Are In My Layout(#1 Area Is To The Left Of The Layout & Is A Paper With Cameras On It...#2 Area Is To The Right & Is A Grey Paper With Multi Colored Graphic Circles On It & #3 Area Is The Largest Background Paper In The Very Back Which Is The Photo I Used Turned Into A Large Background Paper)...I Even Framed Each Large Area So You Could See It Prominently But I Have Multiple Photos On Top Of My Large Areas With Elements & Large Titles...So The Large Areas Are More Somewhat In The Background As Opposed To Standing Out Graphically...So No White Space Design Here...More Like A Multi/Media/Artsy Type Layout Focused On The Letter P & The Color Purple...If This Is Not Acceptable For This Challenge Please Let Me Know & I Can Do A More White Space Type Design If Necessary...Thanks RJ *For My-Brought To You By The Letter P-Layout-I Used* *Snapshots-Collection-.Pt.1-Pt.2-Pt.3-The Lilypad *Llama Love-Bella Gypsy *Wink-Allison Pennington
