I lost my scrappy mojo. -.-
Ugh. I hate when that happens!
Just got a full time job! Can't be happier!
Just got back from the most AMAZING WDW trip I've ever been on. Ever. Can't wait to start scrapping it!
I can't believe I'm going to Disney next week!!!
Craving a Disney trip. That Annual Pass is burning a hole in my wallet.
Thank goodness for my shiny new 2TB Seagate Hard Drive. 170 GB in photos alone since 2012.
I also have Seagate!!! mine, I learned, last for about 5 years, I had one dying a couple of years ago and in 2015 again, another one...I have a 2Tb now in use, and a 1Tb older that I need to move the stuff as it will die soon...Seagate are amazing!!!
Woke up at 3 am today. Instead of going back to sleep, I caught up on MOC. Almost there!
January often presents the dilemma of sleep or scrap - i imagine there are a fair few MOC zombies out there
I would have made the same choice I'm sure!
Any recommendations for affordable online backup for photos?
Do you have Amazon Prime? They have photo storage for free.
If you're an Amazon Prime member, you get unlimited photo backup for free. There's an app for the iPhone (not sure about Android) to manage your pics, or you can do it from a browser.
Flickr is free up to 1 TB. And you can download full size. I pay $5/month to online backup everything through Backblaze.
Got the dreaded error message on my flash drive. Good thing it's my secondary scrap supplies... -.-
I fixed it, thank goodness!
Trying to get used to digiscrapping that isn't pocket style for MOC5. XD
Anyone have any tips for photographing Christmas Lights with a DSLR?
are u after bokeh and blur or just a really nicely lit, glowing tree? Or are you talking outside house displays? either way my tip is a tripod!
A tripod and remote. And like our dearest @bellbird asked, is this for cool indoor bokeh effect, or outdoor display? KevinandAmanda has a great DIY bokeh shape tutorial. (Shoot, now I want to make one and photograph our tree!) Play around with your light settings to see what works best for your camera. :)
We have a great article on the blog about it
Well. My laptop is dying. Fun.
Ugh! I hate that! Hopefully it makes it through the month for you!
