Happy Tuesday to all of you! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend. We have a couple new products at a crazy price to share with you this week! But first the winner from last week!

And now for my challenge! The theme for this weeks challenge is Things Change. With the current economic situation of pretty much the whole world, I have found myself watching many shows on how that’s forcing people to look at things in their life differently. So what I want you to do is scrap something that has changed in your life during the past year. Whether you had to give up certain luxuries or just that you have decided that spending more time with you family is important, it doesn’t matter. Just scrap something that has changed in the past year and use all the Lilypad goodies you can find in your stash! 🙂

Please Remember to post your layout in our Lilypad Challenge Gallery to be eligible for this weeks gift certificate. Your layout must contain at least 75% Lilypad products and contain no outside links to products from other stores. If your layout does not conform to the rules it will be removed from the gallery.

I’m a creative who pulls inspiration from all corners of life—both the joyful highs and the real-life moments that punch you in the gut. Honestly, I don’t think I can pin down a single scrapbooking style for myself, so let’s just go with eclectic. My layouts really depend on my mindset. If I’m in a deep, cerebral mood, you’ll likely see something chaotic and messy. If I’m more relaxed, it tends to come out clean, simple, and structured.

My brain is usually running on several channels at once, so it’s completely normal for me to be working on a digital layout, dabbling in a hybrid project, and getting messy with art journaling or mixed media—all at the same time.

Here are a few of my go-to tools: Digital: Adobe Photoshop CC + my MacBook; Photos: Canon Rebel or iPhone; Hybrid: Cricut Joy + sewing machine; Art Journaling: watercolors, stencils, and artsticks

And when it comes to embellishments—digital or physical—I’m always reaching for messy threads, ribbons, and Polaroids. Always the Polaroids.
